I’m a personal trainer/fitness instructor at a local gym. I also specialize in the intuitive eating space and help women heal + overcome their current relationship with food and learn how to embody life as an intuitive eater.
Hi, I’m Kelsey Benner
I also am a new mom with baby #2 on the way. I’ve been married for almost 4 years, but we started dating in 2013. I love creating workouts (i’ll wake up in the middle of the night thinking of exercises I want to teach) and I love a quiet + calm morning with coffee, but i also love to have fun with game nights and cocktails.
I am truly passionate about helping women learn how to stop allowing food and exercise to control their life and start enjoying the amazing things life has to offer <3

Working Together
Why I created this space
Have you ever been so passionate about something that when you talk about it with friends, family or coworkers, you feel lit up, energetic and your heart starts beating a bit faster?
Well, that’s how I feel about intuitive eating, fitness and just overall wellness, especially for pregnant and new mom’s.
I grew up surrounded by diet lingo and “i’m so fat” self-talk. Everyone that I looked up to as a child, talked poorly of themselves and were trying to be as skinny as possible. Meanwhile, I was a chubby teen and I thought those very people looked great. I wanted to be like them. So why were they making fun of themselves? When I was standing right next to them, clearly, holding more body fat than them.
I was told by my grandfather “that I had too much belly fat to grab”.
I was made fun of in college when I gained the freshman 15+ and was called a “potato” because my body had “no shape”.
I slowly began to feel fed up with it all. So…
I thought studying nutrition would fix my problems. I thought it would magically make me skinny (cause that’s what I was supposed to be striving for, right?). I thought it would cure all of my cravings for sweets and carbs.
But it didn’t. In fact, at the time, it kinda made my relationship with food a little worse.
I didn’t start to feel at ease with food until I discovered intuitive eating. And over time, I became more and more confident in my own skin and with my decisions around food and I stopped trying to achieve a certain “look”. I became kinder to myself and I really started to just not engage in diet mindset trends.
That’s why I created this space. To share my experiences. To help you learn how valuable intuitive eating is and how it can profoundly impact your life (and your children’s lives). To help you e n j o y food + exercise in all phases and seasons of your life as a woman, wife and momma <3
XOXO
