A brief story about me

Hi I’m Kelsey. I created this program to help you stop dieting for good and learn how to eat in a way that honors you, your body and your mind.

  • Someone that struggles with severe eating disorders - a professional in eating disorders may be more helpful, but you are more than welcome to book a call and we can chat to see what would work best for you and who would be best qualified to help you

  • Someone that is still waiting for the perfect diet to help them get their perfect body

Phase I

This is where you’ll learn how to start paying attention to your body and your emotions. And you’ll learn how to start respecting and showing up your here-and-now body.

Phase II

This is where you’ll learn all about how to acknowledge and respond to your own unique hunger and fullness cues. You’ll also get to play with foods that you truly enjoy and navigate ways to help you step away from the diet trap + diet temptations while challenging your food rules and beliefs.

Phase III

This is where you’ll learn how to continue and fully commit to navigating life as a practicing intuitive eater and exerciser.

  • Biweekly 30-45 minute check-in calls

  • Access to my Voxer account where you’ll be able to reach out to me for support during our time away from our calls

  • Guided support + questions to help you along this journey

Why I think this will help you

Navigating intuitive eating on your own is challenging, but it is possible.

I didn’t really have any support with it other than listening to free content other people were sharing back in 2015-2018.

I was nervous to ask for help. Being vulnerable was hard for me at that time in my life and I really couldn’t afford it (or so that’s what I told myself).

I believe my intuitive eating journey would look a lot different if I had some personalized support.

So, that’s one of the main reasons I wanted to create this program for you.

I designed it in such a way that you’ll be able to do this at a pace that feels hopeful, uplifting and supportive.

It’s hard figuring out all the intuitive eating concepts especially with all the diet noise floating around us. Our peers can majorly influence our relationships with food and exercise in either really great ways or really discouraging ways.

So I’ll be here to support you all through your 12 week journey. And even after the 12 weeks are over, you’ll still have on-going support and you could always do another 12 weeks at a discounted price.
