6 dAY FEEL GOOD RESET CHALLENGE
WHY I CREATED THIS CHALLENGE FOR YOU
TWO REASONS:
#1. Right now (in the east coast) it is bitter cold and everyone is eagerly awaiting warmer days and sunshine. And so, I felt like this would be a great segue into Spring.
#2. To help you take the time to reconnect with you. Everyone’s lives are so busy and we get so caught up in the mess that we forget to slow down and really focus on ourselves. I hope this challenge will help you start to let go of the things that aren’t serving you so you can ultimately become more present and self-connected, which in-turn, will allow you to become the best version of you, for you, and your loved ones.
