Hi I am Kelsey.

To summarize, I’m a part-time dental hygienist + a SAHM with my first baby!

I really don’t like to talk about myself, but I do want you to get to know me a little bit :)

I am an introvert (to a point).

I am a homebody. I am married to a dentist but working in dentistry was not “our plan”, yet here we are.

I have a chihuahua that is 14 years old.

I love writing, reading, watching Married at First Sight and The Gilmore Girls. Lately, I’ve actually been watching Parenthood - highly recommend this show if you’re a mom.

Before I became a dental hygienist, I actually studied and graduated with a degree in nutrition and dietetics and then in 2020 during the pandemic, I became a certified personal trainer.

I’ve been passionate about health, wellness and fitness since 2010 when I was a sophomore in college. I struggled with my weight and I felt like I had a really shitty relationship with food. I transferred schools to study nutrition and then I got a job at a WIC office. I really didn’t like it. Which is what led me to dental hygiene school.

I love cleaning teeth, but after about two years in, I knew this wasn't something I’d want to do until retirement. It’s a great career and I really am passionate about it, but being bent over all day and educating people that don’t want to listen to me, doesn’t sound like my cup of tea, especially at 50 years old.

So before I became a personal trainer, someone on Instagram messaged me about doing an online workout program and possibly doing it as a job… and I really loved the idea of it, so I signed up. After completing the new program as a group, I quickly learned that there were different approaches to making money through the company.

At the time, I felt I wasn’t educated enough so that is when I signed up to get my personal training certificate through NASM. And I now actually teach fitness classes 1-2x/week at a local gym.

From then until now, I learned ALL the things about building an online wellness/fitness/nutrition business. And I always came back to… that same company. Especially since creating my own LLC for a business that “might” take off.. scared the shit out of me. I didn’t have lot of money to spend to start and manage a business from scratch (thanks student loans!).

I actually had spent good chunk of change on a business coach back in 2021 and I learned a few things, but I also felt like I was cheated. And I also felt super freaking stressed out and I wasn’t working out like I wanted and I was taking care of me like I deserved. And I knew I wanted to be a mom one day and I felt all of that would be way to much.

So this is what led me here.

If you are also in a similar situation and would like to consider other options, let me tell you this.. there are other options. And you can learn as you go without paying thousands and thousands of dollars. And without being annoying on social media.

How do I know?

Because I’m doing it.

And you can to!

If this is something that sounds appealing, click here to message me and I’ll be in touch with 24-48 hours. After that, we can chat about you, your story and where you want to be.

If you’re like me and you tend to overthink and overcomplicate things, you’ve come to the right place. We can do this together.
