As a new stay-at-home-mom I really struggled with figuring out how to make time to workout. My entire world flipped upside down after bringing my new baby into the world and I didn’t quite understand how to navigate this new life.
I was once a full-time dental hygienist and fitness instructor with predictable days and weekends and now… I’m (mostly) a full-time stay-at-home-mom with very unpredictable days and weekends.
My schedule was (and still is!) constantly adjusting based on him and his needs and I found myself being really inconsistent with my workouts and/or forgoing it even though I know that daily movement makes me feel so much happier…
And when you’re a new mom that’s happy + thriving, you’re WINNING!
And I wanted to be that mom.
Every. Single. Day.
What was I doing wrong?
Being hard on myself for not being able to workout the way I did before I had a baby.
Expecting to have the perfect schedule and the perfect time of day to exercise.
Doing workouts that I didn’t enjoy and that were honestly, wasting my time, and as a mom - our time to ourselves is SO precious.
Doing workouts that felt like they were for beginners.
Doing random workouts that prioritized losing weight and eating super clean.
I craved a program that was challenging, short-on-time, effective, accomplishing and enjoyable so I could move on with my day feeling my best and doing things I truly valued and eating foods my body loves.
But then I made this change + evrything
When we workout, for even just 20 minutes a day, we show up differently.
The small things that feel so very big, don’t feel so daunting anymore.
Got 5 loads of laundry to do? Let’s crush it!
Got meals to prep and dishes to clean? Psht, no problem.
So as long as you’re listening to you, your body, your mind and your soul.
Oh and getting restful sleep each night… which, exercise really helps improve sleep, too!
And this is my life today.
I’ve created this workout program that is short + effective that not only makes me feel stronger + fitter, but also the confident and happy mom that is excited to wake up in the morning and get started with my day!
I created it in a way that gives me structure, but also the flexibility to really tap into what time of movement my body is craving.
I’ve seen so many workout programs that are extremely rigid and so focused on changing how we look (aka not being content with our here-and-now body). And so I wanted to make something that welcomes your today-body without the intention of changing your appearance, but rather, shifting your mindset around exercise.

The ability to decide which workout you want to do today based on how you’re feeling, what type of movement your body is craving or just the option to select a workout to clear your mind
No diet or nutrition plan - I encourage you to eat the foods you enjoy and remove all the pressure to eat “healthy” because “you started a new workout program”. I want you to fit this into your life and not let it consume your every thought/decision around food.
Shift your mindset around exercise - there is so much more to fitness than “losing weight” or achieving “gains”. And I want this program to help you recognize that because that’s what will keep you consistent with this program and beyond the 42 days.
Measure your progress based on how your days and weeks are starting to feel. Are you feeling more energized during the day? Do you feel like you’re not uptight about little things that really don’t matter at the end of the day? Are you more present and truly enjoying the company of your family? Are you looking forward to your workouts now? Etc.
I’m actually welcoming baby #2 here soon + I know these workouts are preparing me for not just labor, but the stamina for newborn life and postpartum.
Before this program was born;
I hated wasting time scrolling through the various apps on my phone to find the perfect workout.
I hated feeling like all the workouts to pick from were either really, really intense or extremely modified.
I wanted to create something that I looked forward to, that was predictable as each week progressed and yet something that allowed me to step out of my comfort zone a little bit.
