I’m Kelsey. This is my online space where I create at-home workouts and blog posts on intuitive eating, motherhood and pregnancy.
who this space is for
You are a mom that struggles to find a healthy balanced relationship with food, exercise and your body. Getting lost in motherhood and trying to be everything for your babies and kids can really take a toll on your mental health and inevitably leaving you with minimal desire to work on yourself.
This is space is for you if you are looking for an easier approach to eating and working out. It’s for you if you want that feeling of belonging to a community without the obligation of driving somewhere. It’s for you if you want to learn how to trust yourself again, to lean in to this community, but also your intuition.
I’m sure, if you’re like me, you’re over the rigid diet rules and sick of the control that you don’t have when you start a new “plan”. Your tired of the false hope and the infatuation of a diet, meal plan, nutrition and/or fitness program. And I don’t blame you - it’s not sustainable. '
You should be able to create meals you crave, move your body in a way that aligns with you and do all of this without zero expectation of changing your body.
It can feel like the most freeing thing you’ll ever do. You’ll never question the calories, the fat content or the carb count on a menu at your fav restaurant. You’ll feel confident with the workouts and exercise you do each day. You’ll learn what it’s like to move your body because you can, not because you “have to”.
What you’ll find here
I enjoy creating workouts for the women in my online community, but also the women at the local gym I teach at. I have a series of blog posts on intuitive eating, gentle nutrition recipes, fun at-home workouts and even writings on motherhood.
I am a new mom with baby #2 on the way. I used to work full time as a dental hygienist, but now I only work two days a week and plan to become a full-time stay-at-home mom soon.
