
Hi, I’m Kelsey Benner
I am a new mom with baby #2 on the way. I used to work full time as a dental hygienist, but now I only work two days a week and plan to become a full-time stay-at-home mom very soon!
I’m also a fitness instructor with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. I have a strong passion for helping women, especially pregnant and postpartum moms, feel better in their skin through at-home workouts and the intuitive eating concepts.
